Meet The Dream Team

President George F. Thompson Jr, PMP. Chief Master Sergeant (retired)

George is an accomplished Senior Leader with a wealth of experience garnered from diverse roles within large, multifaceted organizations. With a strong background in leading and mentoring teams, he has consistently delivered on organizational strategic objectives in both dynamic U.S. and international environments.

His expertise spans across various domains including program and project management, strategic planning and advising, logistics, process improvement, and training program development. A natural communicator, George excels at liaising effectively across all levels of an organization and with joint and international entities.

In his previous role as a Contract Program Manager at Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, TX, George provided strategic program/project management and leadership to the Domain and Directory Services Branch (DDSB) Chief, front office, and three section chiefs. His responsibilities included researching, analyzing, and compiling data to support the delivery of Health Information Technology (HIT) services across the Defense Health Agency (DHA) enterprise and facilitating transitions to the Military Health System (MHS) GENESIS, the new electronic health record.

George holds a Master of Science in Security Management with a focus on Homeland Security from Bellevue University, a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communications from American InterContinental University, and an Associate in applied science in Audiovisual Production Services from the Community College of the Air Force. He also possesses certifications in Project Management (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL V3 & V4).

Improved Team Collaboration: The ACDTM promotes teamwork and shared responsibility, fostering a collaborative environment where employees support one another and maintain operational efficiency.

Enhanced Customer Experience: Customers receive uninterrupted service with a designated backup contact, ensuring their needs are consistently met, even when their primary support staff member is absent.
